Kids Classes
Young Kids (Ages 5-9)
This class is best for students who want to have fun while learning beginner moves on silks, the silks knot, and occasionally trapeze.
Classes run 50 minutes
Beginning Mixed Aerial Kids (Ages 8+)
Younger students who have taken the young kids class, or are quite athletic, can join this class with instructor approval. Learn all the basics on silks and trapeze including climbs, single and double footlocks, straddles and beginning sequences.
Classes run 50-55 minutes
Beginning Silks Kids (Ages 8+)
Learn basic moves on the silks including footlocks, hip keys, spinning, climbs and beginning inversions.
Classes run 50-55 minutes
Intermediate Kids Mixed Aerial (Ages 8+)
Learn more moves, drops and longer sequences.
Classes run 55-60 minutes. Prerequisites: 2 climbs to the ceiling; a straddle up without jumping, hip key, single and double footlocks.
Pre-teen or Teen and Adults
Beginner Silks (Ages 12+)
Learn all the basics on silks including climbs, single and double footlocks, straddles and beginning sequences.
Classes run 60 minutes, or 50 minutes at lunch. Parent and kid combos welcome.
All Levels Silks (Ages 12+)
Learn intermediate moves on the silks, drops and longer sequencing. Students will spend more time upside down and work on developing their own choreography and style. They will also have opportunities to perform.
Classes run 60 minutes. Prerequisites: at least a year of aerial experience, 4 consecutive climbs to the ceiling; a straddle up in the air, hip key, maturity, single and double footlocks. Instructor approval required.
Intermediate Silks (Ages 11+)
Learn more dynamic moves and build strength. This class includes longer sequencing and challenging movies.
Classes run 60 minutes. Prerequisites: Pullovers from a beat, 10 fly beats, 10 pike beats, straddle below the bar and on top of the bar, at least a year of aerial experience. Instructor Permission Required.
Saturday Beginner/ All ages and All Levels. Most Saturdays 9 a.m. (Sign-up in advance to confirm class is offered and there is space)
Saturday is an all ages class taught at the beginner level. Intermediate level and above students can follow along with the beginner class or use the time as independent open gym. This class is used for all students as a make-up class for students who miss a regular weekly class for any reason.

Start—>Beginner Silks, Lyra Trapeze —>Intermediate Silks, lyra or trapeze
Start—>Saturday 9 a.m. All ages all levels drop-in (pre-registration required to see schedule/class often fills)
Some Classes are “All Level” and anyone can participate. Typically these will be a bit faster paced than a classic beginner class.
All students will make the most progress by attending twice a week.
